Job Description
Be the “go to” person in our team for tasks relating to Trade Services.
- Set up a new account with Simpro
- Inbox Management, link invoices with jobs
- Manage Billing & Invoicing
- Invoicing Follow-up
- Accounts Reconciliation, working with the team to keep job system up to date
- Timesheeting
- Custom reporting
- Good phone manner to communicate with clients as required to complete your tasks.
- Scheduling jobs
- Requesting COC’s, Final Sign Offs, Job Photos and Materials in Van from the install teams
- Manage communications with corporate customers
- Fleet management, arranging servicing and mileage
Skills Required -
Job Management Experience
Skills in Job Management Software such as SIMPRO, Fergus, Next Minute or Tradify
Xero experience or a high level understanding of what this system does/how it integrates with your job management software
Good Written and Spoken Communication
Flexible and adaptable
Motivated with the ability to meet deadlines…does what it takes
Ability to add value through just an order taker but someone who can improve process and potentially improve the ability of the team
