We are a women's mental health Series A startup, and we are looking for an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to drive our operational strategies, lead our growing team, and make sure every patient has an amazing experience with us.
Responsibilities:
-Manage scheduling and call center operations with over 100 employees.
-Work closely with IT, billing, and credentialing. departments to ensure streamlined processes.
-Communicate strategies and goals clearly across teams.
-Lead and mentor teams.
-Implement Lean Sigma Six methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
-Conduct internal checks to maintain departmental efficiency.
Qualifications:
-5+ years in operations management or related roles within US Healthcare.
-Extensive knowledge of US healthcare.
-Proven track record managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
-Demonstrated ability to handle intricate processes.
-Strong attention to detail, especially in patient-related tasks in compliance with US Healthcare standards.
-Proficient in adapting to evolving operational requirements.
-Lean Sigma Six certification preferred.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm EST.

We will pay anywhere between $8-$20 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.
