Marriage Therapist / Relationship Coach for Married Couple in their Mid-30’s

Description: We are a married couple (husband/wife) in our mid 30’s from the United States, seeking an experienced Marriage Therapist or Relationship Coach, preferably with training in the Gottman Method (though Gottman Method experience is not a requirement.) Our goal is to maintain and enhance the strength of our relationship, especially as we navigate the joys and challenges of parenting two young children under the age of 9.

Note: We are not in distress but believe in the strength of our relationship and the positive impact of consistent counseling. We have found that counseling not only helps in challenging times but also enriches our day-to-day life, improving our communication, intimacy, and overall happiness.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct two to three 90-minute counseling sessions per week (totaling 3 to 4.5 hours per week) within these EST time windows:

- Monday: 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM EST

- Tuesday: 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM EST

- Wednesday: 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM EST

- Thursday: 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM EST

- Friday: 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM EST

2. Work with us to improve communication, enhance our sex life, and overall enjoyment of our relationship and family life.

3. Offer guidance and support in addressing past challenges, including career demands, communication barriers, and anxiety issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive training or certification in marriage counseling
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in a relevant field
• Proven experience as a Marriage Therapist or Relationship Coach
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Ability to work with clients in the EST time zone (USA)

Compensation:

• $8 to $9 USD per hour, negotiable based on qualifications and experience. There is potential for rate increases based on performance and duration of engagement.
