Title: Virtual Sales CRM
Tasks: Appointment setting (outbound calling), Lead generation and sales conversions
Pay: Commission Sales Structure ONLY
Commission Sales Structure:
$25 Bonus for any meeting confirmed.
$50 Bonus additional for any meeting resulting in a sale.
Commission Sales Structure Pay Example:
10 Confirmed & completed appointments, you would get $250
10 confirmed appointments resulting in 10 sales. You would get an additional $500
Total earned for 10 appointments set and converted in sales =$750
Job Description
You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.
VIDEO TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED. Must have EXCEPTIONAL English as the job is based on outbound sales calling.
Somethings I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future are:
Outbound calling & Appointment setting
Data Capturing & reporting.
KPI tracking for all outbound calls, appointments set and sales converted.
Calendar management
