Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to a list of leads provided by us.
Introduce our real estate services and gauge interest from potential clients.

Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested leads.

Maintain records of calls and note useful information.

Provide feedback on call strategies and lead quality.

Work closely with the sales team to improve call scripts and approaches.
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate.

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to handle rejection.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Access to a quiet workspace, a reliable internet connection, and a personal computer.

Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is a plus.
