Position Overview:
As a Meta Media Buyer VA, you will play a pivotal role in our digital advertising operations. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around managing our Meta Ad Manager, ensuring the health of our accounts' structure, launching ads in alignment with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting ad errors, and maintaining open communication with your colleagues. This role also encompasses other related duties essential to our advertising success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Meta Ad Manager effectively.
- Maintain the health of our Meta profiles, pages, and ad accounts.
- Launch ads following our SOPs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad errors.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
Experienced User Knowledge
- Proficiency with Meta Ad Manager.
- Familiarity with Meta profiles, pages, and ad accounts.
Basic User Knowledge
- Working knowledge of Slack for team communication.
- Ability to use Trello for workflow management.
- Competence with Incogniton.
- Familiarity with Google Drive.
- Basic proficiency in Excel.
