Architectural Drafter

I have several AutoCAD files of archtiectural floor plans that we have used to build from, but I need them refined and all of the layerssystemized and delete all the extra crap in it. Almost like starting from scratch with 8-10 floor plans, as well as have about 10 more I want to get done, and small remodel/additions that come in every now again. I need someone to take my hand drawings and turn them to clean, editable, AutoCAD files for me. In total, about 20 designs to get done now and probably 2-6 new things each month. I have a priority on them which we could discuss. I need someone who knows design/construction.
