Omni therapy is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced administrative assistant to make outbound calls to our therapy partners to remind them to submit overdue notes from their patient visits. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely submission of healthcare notes to our home health partners, making you an essential part of our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Calling healthcare professionals to follow-up with them regarding late / missing notes from their patient visits.
• Sending healthcare professionals follow-up messages via email or instant messaging regarding late / missing notes.
• Uploading the notes that are received as a result of your follow-up into our Electronic Medical Records system.
• Collaborating with the Quality Assurance and Case Management team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of notes.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of recent experience with making outbound calls to clients.
• 2+ years of recent experience with administrative tasks like e-mail management and spreadsheet updates.
• Excellent English communication skills is required.
• Prior experience with international companies is a big plus for this role.
• Prior experience working night shift is a big plus for this role.
• Experience in healthcare customer service is a big plus for this role.
• Must be available to work full-time hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time.
