I am looking for a Part-Time Operational Assistant to provide data analysis support. Ideal for individuals who are adept at working independently and are keen to develop a variety of technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Email Management: Efficiently manage and organize email communications, including inbox organization.
• Data Entry and Maintenance: Perform data entry, maintenance tasks, and create/update Excel reports.
• Task and Project Tracking: Track tasks, projects, and summarize communications for effective project management.
• Document Creation: Create work instructions in Word and prepare PowerPoint presentations and documentation.
• Data Support: Assist in tasks related to data entry, maintenance, organization, analysis, and other data-related activities to support operational processes.
• Complete training to acquire technical and business-specific knowledge.

Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an interest in SQL, advanced Excel, programming, and/or Business Intelligence dashboard creation.
• Availability for early morning hours Philippines time during the initial training period, then flexible hours outside of 2 PM - 7 PM Philippines time.
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive information.
• Independent and Collaborative Work: Balance independent task completion with periodic collaborative sessions for training and project alignment.
