Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Secretary to join our team at L&M Furniture Co as a Virtual Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, and effective communication with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

Schedule daily delivery and pick-up appointments
Send outreach messages to potential clients
Communicate with sellers to coordinate furniture transactions
Negotiate pricing and secure deals with customers
Manage delivery schedules with flexibility and kindness
Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles
Strong problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Exceptional written communication skills in English
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Familiarity with furniture moving industry is a plus
Work Hours:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, New York EST, 40 hours per week

Additional Information:

This is a remote position, and the Virtual Secretary will work closely with the business owner, who will provide training and support.
The selected candidate will be compensated for 40 hours of work per week, with the possibility of negotiating additional hours.
