SUMMARY
Seeking a talented ZenDesk - Customer Support Specialist, Team Builder, and Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Zendesk Configuration and Optimization:
- Utilize your advanced expertise in Zendesk to configure and customize the platform to align with our customer support requirements.
- Implement best practices and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
2. Team Building and Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of customer support professionals to provide exceptional service.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to team members as needed.
3. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in our customer support processes and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve customer issues effectively.
4. Data Analysis:
- Analyze customer support data and feedback to identify trends, common issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
5. Customer Engagement:
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a customer support team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Prior experience in process improvement initiatives is a plus.
RATE
- Base rate $3.00 - $5.00+ per hour depending on experience, communication, and dedication to the task at hand. This is Part Time.
** The potential for a full-time salaried position is also possible with the 13th month **
- Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00 pm-3:00 am PST. Hours can be flexible but availability from 10 pm - 2 am PST is required.
- Payments: Bi-monthly.
- Hourly Time tracking via HubStaff
- Raises and Bonuses are given throughout the year based on performance and dedication.
