Social Media Manager & Strategist

About the job:
We are looking for a rockstar Social Media Manager and strategist who has an extensive background in various social media management and strategizing for clients. You need to have an incredibly STRONG understanding of Pinterest, especially with growing traffic to sales on the platform. You should have an extensive background in managing other social media accounts and creating content.
We would like to start with a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week), if we can show growth and success we’d like to move you to a full-time role ASAP.
Responsibilities:
Experience in creating and maintaining social media calendars
Strong understanding of Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn and how to post/manage accounts
Should have extensive experience in growing traffic to sales on Pinterest (would appreciate previous work samples if you have some).
Ability to conceptualize and design social media content for clients
Can write compelling copy across all marketing channels
Strong attention to detail
Ability to design in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
Experience in HubSpot, Asana, HootSuite, Later, and Tailwind is a plus
Can take direction and roll with the punches
Flexible work hours in central time
