We are looking for a PART TIME NON-VOICE Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers via chat and email in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain data entry requirements by following processes and procedures.
• Process customer and account documents.
• Monitor and analyze event data in real-time
• Processing orders
• Follow up with clients as needed
• Provide excellent customer service
• Micro tasks related to customer service
• Other duties as assigned
Skills:
• Have good English communication skills (both oral and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative platforms (e.g., Dropbox and Google Sheets)
• Ability to learn new processes and technologies quickly.

Qualifications:
• Have 30-35wpm typing skills.

• Can start training part-time ASAP
• Can work during weekend and holidays
• Can work on Central Standard time schedule
Home Office Requirements:
• Must have a computer or laptop with at least 8GB ram & i5 processor or equivalent
• Must have a stable high speed wired internet connection and backup
• Stable power supply
• Cellphone
• Must have quiet workspace and noise cancelling headset with microphone
