OVERVIEW:
Hello and welcome! We are looking for a creative, sharp, detail-oriented social media manager to create & schedule weekly social media content to skyrocket growth for our brands in social media accounts across:
• YouTube shorts
• Instagram
• Linkedin
• X (Twitter)
• Pinterest
• Tiktok
• Facebook Page & Groups
Our brands are in the following Marketplaces:
• eCommerce products (We currently have 3 brands that sell products on Amazon & Walmart, eBay and Shopify)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and play a key role in elevating the online presence of our brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and analytics. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about staying ahead of social media trends, creating engaging content, and have a proven track record of client growth.
WEEKLY TASKS:
• Creating & editing educational vertical content from long-form YouTube videos using Opus Clip or related tools
• Creating travel-related vertical content from scratch using CapCut
• Developing & posting polls for IG stories, Linkedin, YouTube, Facebook, Tiktok and X (Twitter)
• Create cleaver, accurate, and social media-optimized captions with proper hashtags
• Scheduling content across 6 social media platforms for 4 brands. (Social Media Calendar Creation)
• Stay on top of viral trends and implement content
• Staying on top of daily & weekly tasks
• Daily social media account moderation
• Curating a monthly report detailing key growth metrics with action steps to further improve growth
• Monthly competitor analysis - what are others doing that we could be doing better?
• Create Related SOPs
RATE: $5 -$10 (DOE)
HOURS: 20 hours/ week within office hours PST between 1 PM - 5 PM / 5 AM -9 AM Phil Time
This is a part-time position that can potentially grow full-time.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must speak and write in fluent English
• 2+ years as a social media manager. (If you are not - don’t apply)
• Proven client growth results
• Familiarity using social media scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc
• MUST have experience creating & editing vertical videos (i.e reels, shorts, TikToks, etc)
• Must have experience creating stunning graphics
• Must have expertise in caption and hashtag creation
