Responsibilities:

1. Product Ideation and Conceptualization:

- Collaborate with marketing at Motsugroup to generate and refine lewd anime product ideas.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to identify opportunities for unique and exciting innovations.

2. Factory Collaboration:

- Work closely with our manufacturing partners in China and Japan to develop products, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Oversee the development process, from making the molds to sending out the first samples.

3. Illustration Coordination:

- Collaborate with talented anime illustrators to create captivating and on-brand illustrations for our lewd anime product packaging.
- Provide clear creative briefs and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality illustrations that resonate with our target audience.

4. Package Design Collaboration:

- Work closely with package designers to transform lewd anime product concepts and illustrations into visually appealing and marketable package designs. You do this by writing elaborate briefs with many details.
- Ensure packaging aligns with Motsugroup's brand guidelines and captivates our diverse and passionate audience.

5. Project Management:

- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that key milestones are met promptly.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep our product projects on track.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Establish and implement quality control measures to ensure that the final products meet Motsugroup's standards and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in product development, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and experience working with factories, especially in China.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Hard working mentality.
- Love to work under stress and tight deadlines.
