Publishing/Social Media Specialist

We are looking for an AWESOME Publishing Specialist to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Content ideation, implementation of social media posting schedules and planning/creating advance content plan for clients
- Overseeing and monitoring the performance of social media strategies, tasks and published content
- Social Media Engagement: Actively engaging with the online community and potential customers as well as following and liking relevant pages
- Using brand-aligned messaging to maintain a prompt response time and service
- Collects customer data and analyzes interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Developing, executing and re-evaluating community management strategies
- Assist the Publishing Manager in any given task

Qualifications:
- Proven experience for at least 3 years.
- Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.
- Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.
- Experience working at a digital marketing agency is a PLUS
- Able to work during US business hours
