Client Onboarding Specialist

We are currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding and offboarding process for our clients. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
*Primary Duties:*
Perform accurate and timely data entry using Google Sheets.
Process client payments with precision following established procedures.
Manage end-to-end client onboarding and offboarding processes.
Monitor and address client-declined payments in*****according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
Facilitate and oversee 30 & 90-day client checks.
Proactively address and encourage reactivation of paused client accounts.
Oversee the completion of off-boarding checklists, ensuring all tasks are concluded.

Monitoring client declined payments in*****br /> Monitoring payments due checklist and processing payments at the appropriate time.
Overseeing + facilitating onboarding & offboarding checklist/checklist completion
Facilitating 30 & 90-day client check
Data Entry in Google Sheets
*Weekly*
Oversee paused clients' checklist, and contact anyone whose pause has expired to get going again.
Overseeing off-boarding checklist + ensuring all items are completed & clients are successfully offboarded
Responsible for Email marketing in Mail Chimp
*End of Month*
Update resignation list for next month
Birthday List for next month
Initiate Client Checks for next month
*Job Requirements:*
Excellent proficiency in the English language, including strong grammar and communication skills.
Proficient in Mail Chimp, Canva, Trainerize,***** Google Voice, Google Sheets.
Knowledge of exercise science is advantageous.
Demonstrated a high level of attention to detail in task execution and data management.
