ModelKite Inc. is a growing transportation solutions company in Canada. We are seeking to grow by adding qualified applicants who can work well in a collaborative environment. This is not an entry-level role; to have an instant impact, one must have industry knowledge. Throughout the interview process, all other inquiries will be addressed.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect business possibilities in Canada, the United States, and the region.
• Make connections with potential customers and create pipelines using essential sales engagement tools.
• Manage your client account portfolio, do email and call follow-up.
• Get necessary company data so that you may offer new prospects competitive pricing and efficient service solutions.
• Effectively run virtual meetings with prospects and existing clients
• Take the lead on proposals and bids.
• Meet the profit expectations.
• Attend to other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in this role (Truck/Transportation/Logistics Industry).
• Geographical knowledge of the USA and Canada is preferred.
• Good technical skills (CRM, TMS, and other sales software)
• Strong negotiating abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to work alone with little oversight and fulfill assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Work-from-home setup
• Two monitors (MacBook is not allowed)
• Minimum internet speed 30Mbps.
• No background noises.
• Good headset and camera.
