Primary Purpose:

The Compliance Assistant is responsible for the efficient coordination of all compliance-related activities. Key areas include managing staff inductions, maintaining document organization, and upholding the integrity of our compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Induction Coordination:

Gain familiarity with industry-specific requirements for staff inductions.
Schedule inductions in collaboration with the Scheduling Manager, managing all related fees and requirements.
Efficiently collate and submit required information for inductions.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new staff on platforms like Damstra and RIW.

Document Management:

Liaise with internal teams to obtain and manage essential documents and training modules.
Regularly update and organize qualifications and licenses for staff.
Collaborate with the Scheduling Manager to maintain and update compliance packs.

Skills and Experience Required:

Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data management and record keeping.
Experience in managing compliance processes and documentation.
