eCommerce Customer Service & Admin VA

We are a liquor e-commerce business based in Australia and are looking for our next superstar VA to join the team in a part-time capacity with the potential to be full-time in the future.

The role will include the following tasks:
-Managing customer service enquiries.
-Adding new product listings to the store.
-Ensuring product pricing and listings are kept up to date.
-Uploading supplier invoices and checking prices.
-Other general admin tasks.

The main software used will be Shopify, Gorgias, Xero and Google Suite. Experience in these platforms is desirable but not essential as we will train you on how we use them.

Experience in e-commerce customer service is preferred and your written English should be excellent. You will be required to provide your own computer and access to the Internet.

With our office based in Sydney, Australia we are looking for someone who is able to work 4 hours per day during our business hours Monday- Friday. The start time for these days can be negotiated and you may also choose to work 2 hours in the morning an 2 hours in the afternoon.
