Creative Director/ Project Manager (for $1M Agency)

Hey there,
I'm Lucas - founder of Courses & Funnels.
We work with celebrities, influencers and 7-figure business owners to create online courses that change the world!
We're growing super fast and are looking for a creative, organised and proactive Project Manager/ Creative Director to join our team and help us launch the greatest courses on the planet!
>>>>>> THE PROBLEM:
Right now, we have a lot of client courses in the works (30+) - and there a lot of assets we need reviewing:
- Marketing videos
- Logo & branding
- Website pages
- Social media content
- Ad copy
Lots of these products have design and spelling issues that need to be fixed.
Plus, making the fulfilment team (video editors, website builders, copywriters etc.) communicate back and forth with client success manager/ clients slows down the process.
>>>> THE ROLE:
As CREATIVE DIRECTOR/ PROJECT MANAGER, your main role is to ensure that our fulfilment team is putting out top-teir work on time.
Day-to-day, this means:
1. Reviewing all pieces of content as "creative director" and giving feedback - ensuring it's on-brand and 10/10 quality
2. Overseeing out Project Management board (in notion) and working with fulfilment team to hit deadlines
3. Collaborating with our client success manager to ensure information/ requests are being translated from fulfilment team to client
4. Work with our operations manager to enhance the system/ SOPs so fulfilment runs more efficiently

The end goal is to deliver online courses and funnels like this to our clients in 4 weeks.
We need to ensure everything is 10/10 quality.

We're looking for someone hungry and full of energy - who understands the tranformative power of online courses.
You need:
1. Skills & "Taste" when it comes to creative assets (to make sure our stuff looks & feels 10/10)
2. Attention to detail & great english (to make sure there's no mistakes in our work
3. Project manager experience (ideally at an agency, using PM software)
4. Good, fast communication skills
5. A passion for online learning/ education
