E-commerce Bookkeeper and Inventory Specialist

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:
Calculate profit figures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.

Returns Processing:
Handle customer returns efficiently and in accordance with amazons' requirements.
Monitor and analyze return trends to identify potential issues.

Inventory Loss Management:
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Investigate and address discrepancies in inventory levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes and policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
