Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team.

As we expand our online presence, we need a skilled individual to support our SEO optimization, article writing, and cold emailing efforts.

Other skills will be needed as time passes, but these are our current core needs.

All tasks will be taught.

Job Responsibilities:

SEO Optimization:

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving our website's search engine rankings.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance the visibility of our content.

Article Writing:

Generate high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for our website and other online platforms (with AI)

Ensure content aligns with our brand voice, mission, and target audience.

Edit and proofread articles for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to SEO best practices.

Cold Emailing:

Develop and execute targeted cold email campaigns to reach potential clients, partners, or collaborators.

Create compelling email templates and subject lines to maximize open rates.

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and responses.

Continuously optimize email campaigns based on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Some experience in SEO optimization, including keyword research and implementation.

Strong writing and speaking skills.

Familiarity with email marketing and cold emailing strategies.

Proficiency in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and email services (Gmail).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of and an interest in industry practices and trends in SEO, content creation, and email marketing.

Additional Information:

This is a remote position, and the candidate must have a reliable internet connection and speak great English.
