Promotional Products Virtual Assistant

We are Imprint Genius, promotional products and products sourcing agency in the US. We were ranked the #1 fastest-growing promotional products company in the industry in 2020 and are looking for more people to join our expanding team!

The Promotional Products VA will assist the promo and swag team with pre and post-production tasks.

Experience in the promotional products industry is REQUIRED to apply.

Responsibilities are as follows:

Sourcing
Create presentations
Prepare sales order
Order entry
Generate purchase order
Order management
Enter vendor bills into CSKU
Vendor follow-up (to make sure that orders will be shipped on time)
Swag store (Shopify) product updates; images, descriptions, pricing
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Trello
G Suite
Slack

Qualifications:
Experience with the promotional industry is required
Strong communication skills
Solid organizational skills
Attention to detail
Familiarity with the tools mentioned above is preferred
Bill Entry experience is also a plus
