Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to homeowners to explore their interest in selling their property for cash, showcasing the benefits of a quick and hassle-free transaction.
Lead Qualification: Skillfully gather information from homeowners to assess property value, condition, and motivation to sell, ensuring accurate lead qualification.
Relationship Building: Establish rapport and trust with homeowners, effectively communicating the advantages of working with our investment team and addressing any concerns or questions.
Database Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and lead interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Market Insight: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, distressed property opportunities, and industry developments to identify potential leads.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 2 years real estate cold calling experience
2. MUST have strong English
