Your daily responsibilities include:
Promptly assisting existing and potential customers with exceptional product and service support via emails and DMs inside Social Media accounts.
Maintaining organization among incoming email inquiries
Serving as the "Community Manager" inside of our private >Facebook communities
Monitoring and enforcing the rules and guidelines of our private >Facebook communities
The ideal person we are looking for is:
Fluent in English
Demonstrates initiative and being proactive
Organized, structured, schedule, plan and system-oriented
Has great analytical and critical thinking skills
Awesome team player who enjoys working with other people
Excellent with numbers, analytics and business processes
Has high attention to details and ability to connect the dots
