Chat Specialist – Start ASAP

As a chat specialist you will be responsible for managing inbound messages and driving outbound conversations with qualified candidates.
The goal of these conversations is to screen candidates and determine which service (Platinum Lifestyle or Comp Prep) is best suited to their needs.
The chat specialist will work from their mobile phone and create their own working hours. You must be reachable and responsive during business hours, as well as evenings and weekends as needed.
The compensation for the role is unlimited and will scale in direct proportion to the amount of qualified leads that book and close on a sales call or, invest in TBcommunity services.
As a chat specialist you will work closely with the head of sales (currently Tom Brazier), in order to hit financial targets.
