Find Human Resources Inc is looking for TSRs to be assigned in our Taguig Site As a TSR, your primary responsibility will be to assisting users or customers with technical issues related to products or services. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions. The role requires average to good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide timely assistance.

Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their queries, concerns, and requests.
Resolving technical issues by guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
Offering remote assistance or using remote desktop tools to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Documenting customer interactions, issues, and solutions in a knowledge base or ticketing system for future reference.
Maintaining a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the organization.
Communicating technical information to non-technical users in a clear and understandable manner.
Escalating issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary.
Providing detailed information to assist other teams in resolving complex technical issues.
Requirements:
At least 18 years old
High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
Good English communication skills
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of computer systems, software, and hardware.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
The flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Amenable to work on graveyard shift or shifting schedule
At least 6 months of Technical Support experience (BPO or non-BPO)
