We are seeking an Executive Assistant background who possesses the following characteristics:
Must read, write and speak fluent English.
Must have at least 5 years of excellent executive assistant work.
Must provide references and a background check.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Excellent time management skills.
Well-organized and self-disciplined.
Takes initiative in searching out information and finding solutions.
Persistent and assertive, but not abrasive.
Creative demonstrate good judgment and ability to adjust daily work goals as needed.
Familiarity with eCommerce
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience in recruitment is a plus, especially in outbound recruiting and looking for new talents.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Executive Director's calendars, calls, e-mail communications, meetings, etc.
Support the Executive Director in his daily responsibilities.
Documenting and following up on necessary actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Manage part-time the recruiting process - job postings, taking in inbound applicants, and especially outbound recruitment to look for passive candidates.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in assisting Executives or Directors
2-4 years of professional experience in recruitment - inbound & outbound is a plus
Willing to work from 9 am to 6 pm PST (11 am - 8 pm mexico time)
