Virtual Operations Manager

We are an established Consumer Package Goods company looking for an exceptional Virtual Operations Manager to join our remote team. We are in search of a dedicated, resourceful, and versatile individual with a strong background in CPG, customer relations, and supply chain management. Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate with customers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
-Inventory tracking and management using state-of-the-art inventory software.
-Assist in the design and development of product packaging and promotional materials.
-Create and maintain detailed operations manuals, guidelines, and procedures using Notion.
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently with a high level of professionalism.
-Coordinate with other team members and departments for cross-functional projects.
-Provide weekly and monthly reports on operations and inventory status.
-Implement cost-saving measures and improve operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field.
-At least 3 years of experience in the Consumer Package Goods industry.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Basic design skills (Adobe Suite or similar software is a plus).
-Hands-on experience with Notion for organizing tasks, documents, and team collaboration.
-Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
-Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Must be willing to work in or adjust to the time zone of the main office.
-Experience with CRM software (Pipedrive)
