We're looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to provide remote admin support. Collaborate on emails, and various tasks, utilising strong organisational skills, independence, and confidentiality for efficient
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Point of contact to answer queries, resolve problems, and provide solutions for customers looking to find out the status of their order and where it is.
- Help customers with queries about their accounts.
- Provide information on how to purchase our products.
- Recording information in relevant databases and ensuring customer details are kept up to date.
- Handle email correspondence and communication.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written skills – confident, professional and fluent in English (UK).
- Proficiency in using CRM and tracking systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative roles is a plus.
Hours of working will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 9am to 5pm
BST.
