We are an American e-commerce company looking for a Shopify Customer Support Agent with strong work ethic and excellent customer communication skills, who is able of providing world-class service to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions via email and live-chat (we use the software Gorgias)
- Process customer requests on shipments, returns, refunds, etc.
- Engage with customers on the brand’s social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram
- Communicate with customers in a caring, dedicated manner, giving them the best customer service possible
What qualifications you’ll need to be successful:
- Fluency in English (C1)
- Excellent communication skills, empathetic and friendly with clients, great time-management abilities
- Flexible with shifts (40 hours per week = 5 shifts per week. Some of these shifts will be night shifts)
What qualifications you’ll need to stand out among other candidates:
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience with Gorgias
Conditions & Compensation:
This role will be remote, for 40 hours per week, at a compensation of USD 800 per month.
