VA- Integration Specialist

We're in search of a dynamic and experienced AI-Driven Cleaning Company Automation Specialist to join our forward-thinking team. The chosen candidate will be a pivotal force in leveraging artificial intelligence, along with webhooks, Zapier, Slack, Go High Level, and Excel integrations. As the Automation Specialist, you will lead the charge in designing, executing, and optimizing automated processes to elevate the efficiency and responsiveness of our cleaning operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Intelligent Integration Management:
Design and implement robust integrations utilizing webhooks, Zapier, Slack, Go High Level, and AI technologies to ensure seamless communication across various business applications.
Collaborate closely with different teams to comprehend integration requirements and translate them into technologically advanced solutions.
AI-Powered Process Automation:
Identify opportunities for process automation within the cleaning company's workflows, employing AI algorithms and leveraging Excel for data analysis.
Develop and deploy sophisticated automation solutions to enhance efficiency, responsiveness, and decision-making processes.
Other important skills/responsibilities
Business development proactively help us grow this business by avoiding cancellations, booking new business, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving referrals through current customer service and proactively engaging customers and providers
Available for providers and customers daily Utilize Email, Phone and Text to proactively engage new and future Customers and Service Providers (IC’s) for Cleaning Bookings.
Sales quota
Help us automate our business using GLH, Zappier, Slack AI and other platforms
Knowledge of WordPress/Divi
Knowledge of creating landing pages
Knowledge of GHL
SEO Optimization
Basic Requirements:
Must speak English fluently/natively C2 or better
ID proof 90 or higher
MUST be able to speak to customers culturally appropriately I,e, experience working with US BASED companies
Must be comfortable on the phone
Must be able to work in MT time zone
There are different shits available :
Monday - Friday 2 pm- 8 pm
Saturday 8 am -4 pm & Sunday 8 am to 4 pm
