Ionic Developer (Mid-Level Developer)

Job Description:
As an Ionic 6 Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mobile applications using the Ionic Framework with a Laravel backend. You will work closely with our team of talented developers and designers to create high-quality, user-centric solutions for our diverse client base.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and develop mobile applications using the Ionic 6 framework.
Integrate and maintain Laravel-based backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Collaborate effectively with the development team.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Perform database query optimization and indexing.
Experience working with MySQL databases.
Proficient use of version control systems, particularly Git.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in mobile application development with Ionic 6.
Strong knowledge of Laravel and its integration with front-end applications.
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
Experience with Agile/Scrum is preferred.
Familiarity with continuous integration is preferred.
Must be FLUENT in spoken and written English.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
Previous graveyard work experience preferred.
Must be able to work a night shift for 8 hours, Monday-Friday EST.
Must have the following:
Own computer unit; Stable postpaid internet connection and backup; Backup power supply.
