Social Media Marketing Manager (Experienced Only)

This job is for an experienced marketer (2 years minimum) who has had professional experience managing & leading marketing efforts for clients/businesses to generate real business results.

***This is NOT for someone with zero experience or not interested in working in a fast environment to create tangible results for our clients.

Skills you must have:
- Know and understand how to leverage major social media platforms to increase business revenue (not just followers and views) - Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok
- Analyze current trends & culture to implement into content in a sensible manner
- Understand metrics provided by platforms and translate them into actionable plans
- Create content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop

Responsibilities:
- Manage client social media accounts: post content, manage comments, apply methods to grow engagement organically
- Create content (photos, graphics, videos, etc) to enhance marketing efforts
- Analyze content performance and create marketing reports
- Create marketing plans based on performance & metrics
- Stay up to date with changes in social media platforms
- Manage client relationships & onboard new clients
- Optimize processes and systems for more efficient workflow and increase output

Technical Requirements:
- Must have a smartphone (preferably iPhone) and computer
- Must have stable internet connection at all times
- Must be fluent in English both written and speech
- Proficient copywriting skills that matches clients’ brand
