International Luxury Beauty brand present in 12 countries seeks a Customer Service person to work from home.

Must be a smart person who does not just give predefined answers but understands the situation and solves the root of the problem.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle high workloads and stress
- Availability full time (8h) Mon-Fri. Approximately morning to late afternoon

You will handle customer support requests on WhatsApp, Email, and if requested by phone call. You will help them better use products, track orders, solve shipping problems, etc.

PAY: You will have a fixed salary of $4/hour.

BONUS 1: If customers buy more because of you, you will get a % of their generated sales.

BONUS 2: If deserving, you will have the opportunity to become Manager of the Customer Service department, managing the team under you, taking $6/8 per hour.
