Wyoming LLC Accounting & Sales Tax filing

I own an E-commerce store, registered in the state of Wyoming. I have about 40 transactions each month that needs to be filled.

Salary: $5/hour

Job Type: Freelance, As-Needed Basis

Responsibilities:
Prepare and file annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Manage and file sales tax returns to the state of Wyoming, including accurate calculation and timely submission.
Perform general accounting duties, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards.
Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.

Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting, with a focus on tax filing and compliance.
Strong understanding of Wyoming tax laws and regulations, especially pertaining to sales tax.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory.
