Inbound Setter Instagram

We are looking for appointment setter who is motivated, looking always to improve and open to feedback to work from home in a full-time capacity for an established education company in the investing sector.
You will be equipped with advanced training and mentoring to be ready to handle any conversation via chat.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound chats on Instagram
• Review booked calls on Calendly, cancel unqualified leads, handle reschedules and provide custom responses
• Pro-active reporting and suggestions to improve results
The best part is that you will be able to completely focus on quality work, as redundant tasks like welcome messages to followers and follow-ups are handled by a separate team, which you will manage after a trial period.
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in chat management and setter roles, preferably on Instagram
• Strong responsiveness to leads and team members
• Strong emotional intelligence to help leads "feel understood" via chat
• Fluent written communication skills in English
• Motivated to learn and self-directed
• Be competent, responsible, persevering, and have fun
• (Strongly preferred) Ability to work within EU / US time zones
• (Preferred) Knowledge about the stock market
Compensation:
• To incentivize the generation of qualified leads (quality over volume), we pay on closed sale from any appointment a setter generates. Someone else will take care of the sale once you generate the appointment.
• 5% per closed sale from appointment generated from setter + bonuses. Average sales ticket is €2297 (5%: €105 as setter commission)
• Average company revenue generated per setter per month is $20,000, with expectations to 2x in 2024.
Total compensation expected to reach $1,000/mo at current revenue volume and easily exceed $1,500 per month in 2024 with non-cap on how much someone can earn.
