Job Title: Appfolio Expert
Work hours: Full-time or 40 hours per week
Employment: Project based (1-2 months)
Timezone: Pacific Standard Time (U.S.)
Initial work schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm PST, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $6-7 per hour DOE
Role Overview:
A client is seeking a skilled and experienced Appfolio Expert to join our dynamic team. As an Appfolio Expert, you will be responsible for leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of Appfolio's functionalities, particularly in migrating books from Buildium to Appfolio seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration process from Buildium to Appfolio, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transferring data and records.
Analyze existing data structures in Buildium and map them effectively to the Appfolio platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement migration strategies and timelines.
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders during the transition phase.
Troubleshoot any migration-related issues and proactively identify solutions.
Qualifications:
At least 1 years of experience in relevant roles.
Proven experience as an Appfolio Expert with a track record of successful migrations.
In-depth knowledge of Appfolio functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
Previous experience specifically in migrating books or data from Buildium to Appfolio is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data structures and ensure accurate migration.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Highly motivated, self-starter that is proactive and capable of meeting and exceeding pre-defined deadlines and goals
High degree of attention to detail
Personable with a positive attitude with desire to learn and grow, both professionally and personally
Ability to adapt to changing technology and software advancements
