Hello! This is a role in our Marketing Automation company, to be working directly with our internal management team on a specific task to move forward applications, updates and client communication to complete registration for Payment accounts and setting up facebook accounts.

The main part of the role is:
1. Ensuring documents are provided properly by clients
2. Delivering documents to payment account managers to create and issue applications to client
3. Communicating with clients to have the proper and timely signatures + requested documents provided
4. Working with our internal team, to move forward new payment account applications
5. Responding to clients merchant account tickets from the banks they work with, to ensure a timely response
6. Setting up new Facebook accounts for clients via our internal SOP
