We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Phone Monitoring and Troubleshooting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting Samsung S8 and S9 phones, identifying issues, reporting them, and providing real-time fixes when possible.
Responsibilities:
a. Phone Monitoring: Continuously monitor Samsung S8 and S9 phones to detect any performance or operational issues.
b. Basic Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems on Samsung S8 and S9 phones, such as app crashes, connectivity issues, and display problems.
c. Issue Reporting: Document and report identified issues in a clear and concise manner, including details on symptoms, potential causes, and impact on the user experience.
d. Real-time Fixes: Provide immediate solutions for common and recurring issues whenever possible, including software updates, resetting settings, and guiding users through basic troubleshooting steps.
e. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with phone users to understand their concerns and provide guidance on issue resolution.
f. Collaboration: Collaborate with the technical support team and engineers to escalate complex issues and contribute to long-term solutions.
g. Documentation: Keep detailed records of issue resolution processes, troubleshoot steps, and communication history for future reference.
h. Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest Samsung S8 and S9 phone software updates, known issues, and troubleshooting techniques.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in phone monitoring and basic troubleshooting for Samsung S8 and S9 phones is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of Samsung S8 and S9 phone systems, including software, hardware, and common issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide real-time solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with phone users and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for helping users and providing excellent customer service.
