**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an eLearning Production Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and distribution of eLearning courses to our network partners. The role involves overseeing the entire production process, from content creation to video editing, ensuring high-quality educational materials are delivered effectively.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Video Editing:**
- Edit and enhance raw video footage to create polished and professional eLearning materials.
- Ensure consistency in style, branding, and messaging across all video content.

2. **Content Assembly:**
- Coordinate the assembly of course components into cohesive and user-friendly eLearning modules.
- Implement multimedia elements, quizzes, and interactive features to enhance the learning experience.

3. **Quality Assurance:**
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and adherence to instructional design standards.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any issues identified.

4. **Project Management:**
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of eLearning courses.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.

5. **Technology Integration:**
- Stay informed about emerging eLearning technologies and tools.
- Integrate new technologies to enhance the production process and improve the overall quality of eLearning materials.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in eLearning course development and video editing.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and eLearning authoring tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
