About the Position:
We are looking for an retention specialist/appointment setter who is motivated, ready to learn, and self-direct to work from home in a full time capacity. This position is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing technology company that believes in promotion from within! We offer a great work environment!
Responsibilities:
• Make welcome calls to new clients and schedule onboarding sessions (Initial training done by our onboarding team).
• Following up with clients on account-related issues such as Payment Failed, Accounts who canceled, and accounts that need some help.
• Pro-active retention follow-ups.
Requirements:
• Experience in sales or retention
• Strong customer service and phone skills
• PC Skills and understanding of cloud-based software technologies
• Business Management and Accounting Software understanding
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on details
• Motivated to learn and self-directed
• Be competent, responsible, persevering, and have fun
• Decoration Industry knowledge is a plus.
Work Schedule:
• This is a full-time position in a work-from-home setup – 8 hours per shift, 5 days a week
