Hi! Welcome to Virescent Land.

We have raw land being sold for real estate. They have various different zoning restrictions, ordinances, allowances, etc. We need someone to look at the zoning requirements, talk to the county, use unique knowledge and problem solving skills to see if our ideas for real estate will be allowed within county criteria or if we need to request zoning changes. Also, what activities are allowed on these sites - hunting, camping, playgrounds, parks, construction, large tents for building raw materials for export, etc.
If the ideas do not fit the laws, can zoning changes be requested? Do you know how to work with counties to navigate their processes for getting this done timely? Can you also do digital mock ups of what our real estate ideas are?
