XERO Qualified Bookeeper (Proof of Xero experience required)

Xero qualified booker keeper required.
Qualifications required
- XERO experience and reconciling transactions
- Ability to create reports on Xero to provide meaningful information to business owners
- Strong experience in the Serviced Accommodation industry as a customer service advisor
- Can navigate Airbnb and seamlessly.
- USE OF SLACK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 9AM-6PM UK TIME.
Job Description
- Communicate with our partners
- Communicate with our maintenance team and ensure work has been completed. Must be able to communicate via WhatsApp.
- answer all questions relating to long term Tenants to see if they’re happy and
- Check to see if cleaners have arrived via ring doorbell camera
- Must be able to work effectively in a team and alone
- Must be able to demonstrate instances where they have resolved complex customer issues
- Must be able to reconcile transactions on Xero
