Job Description:
We are seeking a multifaceted Virtual Assistant who is not only technically skilled but also a creative communicator. Your role will involve creating webinars, crafting email funnel campaigns, and providing resume review services. With an established webinar framework and a robust LinkedIn network of over 30,000 connections, your expertise in funnel marketing will be pivotal. A second Webinar will be resume and interview tips for Interns and early career professionals (also pretty much done but need to package and deliver in the best way possible). If these are successful there are more webinar ideas to build along the lines of helping your career.
Your Responsibilities:
Webinar Development: Utilize your experience in webinar creation to enhance and finalize our detailed HR-focused webinars.
Email Marketing: Implement and optimize email funnel campaigns using our existing templates and content, while injecting your creative flair to ensure continuous engagement.
Resume Reviews: Provide valuable insights and improvements to resumes, aiding clients in their professional advancement.
Utilize Advanced Tools: Leverage tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Dopplio, Google Sheets, Google Streak, GMAIL, and to execute high-impact marketing strategies.
Content Creation: Infuse the owner’s dynamic personality into communications, creating a mix of educational, amusing, and inspirational content.
Client Interaction: Efficiently manage email campaigns, engage leads, and facilitate phone interactions, sometimes speaking on behalf of the owner.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in webinar creation and email marketing.
Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn for networking and marketing purposes.
Familiarity and or desire to learn tools such as , Linkedin Bots, Website Answer Bots, Dopplio, and Instantly for personalized mass mailings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
