Bookkeeper/AP/AR needed to setup and update records/inventory in a wholesale business

We are looking for someone to add to our team. We are an online business and we are looking for someone to take care and clean up of our bookkeeping and payment accounts.

*We need someone who is VERY acquainted with or willing to learn account in Odoo and being a Cpa/accountant in general.

*We need someone who has excellent communication skills and who can send emails/make calls when there is a balance due and get in touch with the right people to get it taken care of and sorted out.

*Someone who can monitor payments received and apply them to the correct invoice/sales orders and balances.

*Make corrections to invoices/sales orders when due and fix current invoices so that they balance out in our books

*Sort and manage transactions from Odoo, and several accounts.

*Make earnings reports/projection reports and other reports to gauge the growth of the business
