Quality Assurance Senior Bookkeeper

Bookkeeping Quality Assurance Manager:

This is an entry level management career path position.

A pre-interview test will be administered. Only candidates with any adequate score who finish within the allotted time will be considered.

In addition to an acceptable test result, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

1. Candidate shall demonstrate exceptional US bookkeeping and QuickBooks knowledge
2. Verifiable track record of success managing teams of Full-Charge bookkeepers
3. Demonstrable success as a full-charge bookkeeper for no less than 5 years
4. QuickBooks expert who requires NO help to rectify any issue
5. Articulate in spoken and written US - English
6. Confident in conducting both prospect, and new client onboarding, interviews with US based company owners
7. Available to work 40+ hours per week during ET regular business hours, Monday through Friday
8. Single user computer with reliable internet access
9. Be a team player who is teachable/coachable
10. Able to learn our SOP
