ZENDESK Certified Specialist

**About Us**

We are a fast-growing, U.S.-based company offering a comprehensive and innovative approach to weight loss. Our dynamic team is currently seeking a dedicated ZENDESK Certified Specialist to configure and customize to the needs of our team. This position is open to candidates based in the Philippines.

We are looking for technically skilled candidates that can provide technical support, troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Be the Zendesk expert for our company.
2. Configure and setup Zendesk.
3. Manage the implementation of Zendesk at our Chat Support Center.
4. Provide technical support.
5. Advise and collaborate with executive team on Zendesk abilities to ensure it is maximizing its use.

**Requirements**

- Native-level English proficiency
- Degree in computer science or information technology.
- Certification(s) on ZenDesk for Service
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace for uninterrupted team interactions
- A proactive and positive approach to work, with an ability to take initiative
