Company: Triquetra Health provides nutritional supplements to Amazon consumers globally and through the Triquetra Health website. Job Description: Your primary responsibilities will be assisting with over-flow duties & reporting. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to maintain spreadsheets, generate reports, track sales and fulfillment, and perform tasks related to the Amazon sales platform, website, and any future expansion platforms. To achieve this, you will be working directly within the production team. We are willing to train the right person - Amazon and Shopify platforms are a plus.
Requirements and Qualifications: Our ideal candidate must be reliable, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. You will have demonstrated strong skills in time management and organization, strong verbal and written English communication skills, adeptness in technology, and the ability to think outside the box and globally. You are not required to work weekends; however, from time to time, you may be required to log in for very quick tasks. Looking for someone willing to work during hours of operation eastern standard time of the United States; 8 am-4 pm est or 9 am-5 pm and does not have issues working on Time Doctor, time tracking software.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting: Generate, maintain, and tracking
Production Tracking, cost tracking, and updates in clickup & spreadsheets.
Supplier and vendor interactions
Amazon listing detections and issue resolution
Product accounting maintenance
Primary Interactions
Internal – Working directly with production team via Skype, clickup, and email.
External – Amazon seller support, minor contact with production vendors.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years of marketing with e-commerce experience (preferably Amazon)
Amazon platform knowledge
Accounting – tracking and reconciling
Knowledge of software such as clickup, sellerise, and Shopify a plus
